Post-jam update 0.1.0


Now that the Game Jam voting window is over, there are a few small changes, new features, and some bug-fixes.

Produced an additional game build for 64bit Linux.

Tweaked some object positions to make getting to a blue vial slightly easier.

Added a third red vial.

Added difficulty settings.

Added basic stats to the end of run screen.

Added optional in-game run timer.

Added optional reset hotkey.

Added localization support and a language selector.

Added German localization by DarkBum

Made the default window mode borderless windowed.

Made numerous tweaks to UI elements.

Updated text on an image in the “bad” ending.

Fixed the pause menu “Reset” button.

Fixed missing collisions on a shelf.

Fixed erratic torch collisions.

Fixed player collider height persisting between reloads.

Fixed cauldron boiling ripple reduction persisting between reloads.

Fixed cauldron boiling sounds never reducing or ending.

Fixed items rarely getting stuck on the cauldron “funnel” collider.

Fixed several objects clipping.

Fixed a typo in an easter egg.

Fixed GPU particles visually stuttering when the game is paused.

Fixed slight cutoff in objective text.

Fixed default button focus in the main menu.

Fixed books rarely dropping from the top of the tower.
